Activities
The name "Pets for Life" signifies "pets are for a lifetime" and "lifelong friends."
Founded in June 2000, we aim to promote the well-being of animals living with humans, starting with rescuing animals that have lost their homes, and educating children about the importance of life.
We carry out various activities with the hope that people will welcome animals as family members with responsibility and affection.
We operate with donations and membership fees from the public.
Our Five Key Activities
Rescue
Rescue We work on protecting homeless dogs and cats and finding new owners for them.
→ They found kind families
Interaction
Visiting nursing homes and children’s facilities with dogs certified as Doctor Dogs, we engage in animal-assisted activities with the help of volunteers.
Nurturing
Through interactions with dogs, we conduct educational activities to teach the importance of life, compassion, and ethics.
We believe that the happiness of pet animals is directly connected to human happiness. Ensuring animals are properly cared for by their owners and building safe, enjoyable, and happy relationships are recognized as ways to prevent abandonment. As part of our animal welfare activities, we conduct educational activities for children and parents.
Informing
We aim to create a more comfortable society by educating the public on the importance of coexistence between humans and animals through training classes, lectures, and street fundraising activities.
Advising
